Traders interested in being considered for a stall at the 2020 Harrogate
Christmas Market (which is provisionally due to be held from 12-15
November 2020, subject to licence) who haven't traded at this event
before, should download the 2020 Enquiry Form
via the links
above. Complete and return the form, together with supporting photographs of your stand
at other events, to
[email protected] for consideration by the Organising
Committee to send an invitation to trade next year.

The various types and sizes of stalls cost from about £450 to £1,950
plus VAT for the full four days.
The Market Committee has set the following key criteria for new Traders at
this very popular event:

Business based in or near Yorkshire run by professional market traders for
at least two years.

Selling good quality hand-made British products not readily available on the
High Street.

Trailers and vans cannot be accommodated on the soft grassy site used for
our Market.

Imported goods are NOT accepted unless they are hand-made and Fair Trade
certified.

Applications are NOT accepted from recent start-ups, or lobby groups, or
fund-raisers, etc.
The Committee study all enquiries and we will let you know if you qualify for a
full Application Form.
