Singing Mums
Facebook: www.facebook.com/singingmums
Singing Mums is a pop/rock choir for women of
all ages and singing abilities, with groups in Harrogate, Leeds and
Wakefield. When we’re not pampering ourselves with picnics and prosecco
evenings, we enjoy singing a range of uplifting songs, both modern and
older, using simple but effective three-part harmonies.
It’s a great way to make new friends and sing
and laugh away the worries and stresses of your week. At Singing Mums, we
believe music and singing to be extremely beneficial for your wellbeing and
happiness. Many medical professionals and mental health groups are now
recommending people join choirs, due to the amount of feel-good endorphins
released.
A lot of our ladies find Singing Mums very
important in helping to improve their mental health and happiness, therefore
we will be raising money for local mental health charity, Mind in Harrogate
and District.
